2. Standard License Agreement (EULA)

This application is bound by the Apple App Store Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Transactions and subscription services between us follow Apple App Store payment, cancellation, auto-renewal, and refund policies.

3. Membership Subscription Service

• We offer a WaterCue Pro subscription. Unlocking Pro enables iCloud sync, custom daily goals, cup shapes switching, and logging for all drink categories (tea, coffee, etc.).
• All fees and subscription management are securely charged and hosted by Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

4. Health Disclaimer

• The hydration advice, goal calculations, and statistics provided in this App are for reference only and cannot be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment plans, or medical advice.
• If you have any special physical conditions, kidney diseases, or medical restrictions on water intake, please follow the professional guidance of your doctor. We are not responsible for any health or personal liability resulting from reference to the data in this App.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the use of this App.
