A: First, ensure that you have granted WaterCue notification permissions. You can check this in iOS Settings → Notifications → WaterCue. Second, make sure your device is not in Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or Silent Mode during your scheduled hydration times.

Q: How do I customize my daily hydration target?

A: In the app, tap the Settings gear icon, navigate to the goals section, and toggle off auto-calculation to set a custom daily target that suits your specific physical activities.

Q: How do I request a refund for WaterCue Pro?

A: All subscriptions and purchases are securely processed and managed by Apple. To request a refund, please follow the official Apple guide: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select "I'd like to request a refund" and choose WaterCue.
